  13. The Horrors gave a rather progrock performance, but it wasn't done so well. Most of the time it was just some kind of bad noise mixture.
  14. I went to see one of the biggest contemporary rock/pop band: Muse. They released an album a month ago: The Resistance, hence the name of their tour. At first listens I though their album was of less musical quality then the 2 before that, but they showed me that many songs stand very strong among the older songs in a solid live performance. The show was spectacular (light show, stage composition,..) and the music didn't get boring or less energetic at any moment. These 3 guys are incredible musicians and live performers, I had a great time: 10/10.
  15. Little Sister - Queens of the Stone Age Starlight - Muse Did I mention I went to see Muse last night? oh and did I mention it was friggin' awesome as in one of the best shows I ever saw?

  18. Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced plans for their new album. The band, who are currently working on a follow-up to 2006's 'Stadium Arcadium', have revealed that a new album could be released by October 2010.
  19. Grooveshark works fast and accurate here. It's just that we (me & my friends who rent this small house here for uni) are very close to our download limit. Yes, Belgium is one of the few countries having a download limit. We try not to cross the limit because that would lead us to smallband internet :s Good news: the reset is on nov. 1
  20. I'm skipping this one because I can't access youtube this week so I can't listen to the songs.
  21. I own a few albums from Coltrane, highly recommended if you like up tempo jazz. Wiki calls it Hard bop jazz
  22. After much speculation, rock supergroup Them Crooked Vultures has announced Nov. 17 as the release date for its debut album.
