  1. Hey everyone, I've been trying to find a song from the episode "Dia-Bill-Ic Shock" that plays when Bill trys to dance in the club without his wheelchair. It sounds kinda disco and the lyrics I heard were: When you want me, just pick up the telephone When you need me, you don't have to be alone You can have me, you can have me for your own And something about a lover man?? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!!
  2. Is it a R&B/hip hop song? If so, it might be Some Other Place by Keyshia Cole featuring Remy Ma.
  3. Thanks for the reply, but no, I've forgotten what show it was. I was just hoping maybe someone knew of him singing it.
  4. I was watching one of those Cold Case/Without A Trace type shows when they play a song over the last scenes of the show and the song was Have A Little Faith In Me and I'm sure the singer was Calvin Richardson, but I can't find a trace of him ever singing this song anywhere. But I'm sure it was him, if anyone has any idea where I could find this song, please help!
  5. Ummmm...... can't remember much else really...... something about OJ's blood??
  6. I Googled these lyrics but nothing came up, so if anyone knows the name and artist of this song, please help! It's a male rap/hip hop song from a few years ago and the chorus is sung by a female and it goes something like: Breezin through my city Feelin fine Everybody's havin a good time The city That we chill in All the time And one of the lyrics from one of the verses that sticks out is: The city that I call home Is full of Samoans Mexicans African Americans Caucasians Can't forget about the Asians.
  7. Hi again, I just heard a song playing on a sports ad that sounded pretty cool but I have no idea what it's called or who it's by. It was kind of a dance song/upbeat song. It had weird noises in it and it had a male voice which said: Shake my Break my Bounce my Any help would be great, thanks!
  8. Hi, I was wondering if there are any other covers out there of Buju Banton's Untold Stories other than the one by Sinead O'Connor? Thanks.
  9. Hey Earth-Angel I saw a video for a song called Home, Land And Sea by a group from New Zealand called TrinityRoots. They are a band of four guys and the lead singer plays one of those lap guitars. I couldn't find any lyrics for it but it is available to download. Dunno if this is the one but it would be nice to help YOU with a song for once rather than the other way around!
  10. Oops, my eyes seemed to edit out the female part of your subject! But I'm glad you like some of the titles I provided anyway!

  13. Thanks bluesboy! I didn't know about that site.
  14. Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knows if Erykah Badu ever covered Body and Soul by Billie Holiday? Thanks!
  15. I can give you heaps but are you looking for R&B songs or hip hop songs?
  16. Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to help me out! Okay, the Marcia Griffiths song is the same one so if I find anything on Heartbeat I'll let you know. The chorus goes: Try a little smile every now and then, Makes no difference where or when. And yep it for sure is a male singer. As for when it was released, I have no idea. It didn't sound that new but who knows. earth-angel, even though you can't find what I'm looking for sometimes I appreciate your help all the same. And everyone else's. Why I'm on here all the time asking about so many songs is because the radio station I listen to has no DJs, just music so unless I recognize the voice I have no idea who's singing or what the song's called!
  17. Okay, I'm hoping I'll have more luck with this one. There's a reggae song called Try A Little Smile. The only versions I can find are by women but the one I'm looking for is sung by a guy. Can anyone help? Thanks.
  18. Thanks earth-angel! This is the most information I've been able to give on a song so I thought I'd have more luck with this one. radical dreamer, no it's not a Lil' Kim song. Most of the song is singing there's just one short rap verse toward the end of the song.
  19. Thanks for looking guys! But no, I know both Missy Elliott's and Neneh Cherry's voices and it's neither of those too. I think this group/singer might have been a one hit wonder.
  20. Okay, there's a song I really like but I don't know who it's by or what it's called but it's an R&B song from a few years ago by a female singer and a female rapper. The chorus goes something like: What's your age, what's your number, what's your (game?) Are you single, are you (real?), are you (tamed?) .......................... If it's yes...... We can freak in the sheets, playing games. And a couple of lines from the first verse: What's your name boy .................. Pretty brown eyes, sparkle like diamonds ................. .....take it easy, if you wanna please me And in the rap verse the last line is (in kinda a Jamaican accent) What's ya age, what's ya number? If anyone can help that would be great!
  21. I know it's not Sinatra's version cause I would have recognized his voice. I think I saw one of those infomercials for CDs and I saw the guy singing it on that, you know how they show little clips? I'm looking into the other people you guys mentioned so hopefully it's one of them, thanks!
  22. Hey I caught part of a music video the other day and I really liked the song but didn't see what it was called or who it was by. I know that it's just recently been released, it's a reggae song and in the video there was about 3 guys with long dreads but I think only one of them was singing. The line "That's the way it is" was repeated a lot so I'm guessing it was the chorus. I know it's a long shot but any help would be appreciated!
  23. Hey I'm trying to find the English version of The Girl From Ipanema that was sung by a male in the 1960s. For some reason I keep thinking of Bing Crosby, I know it's not him but I think the guy I'm thinking of sings in the same kind of laidback way. Anybody know who I'm talking about?
