Old Drinking Song; The King will take the Queen

I am searching for the origins of "The King wil take the Queen, and the Queen will take the Jack, etc"

It is in the Princeton Songbook of 1900, and then says, "Used by permission of The John Church Co., owners of the copyright."

I am trying to track down where it came from; who sang, used or published it before.
