Underground Hippy's attempt at post-punk

So Underground Hippy is taking a turn for the even more alternative, so we've started experimenting with some Pixies and Sonic Youth kind of stuff, so here's some lyrics that I wrote.

The knife cut you

cut you deeply

and left a scar

on my face

Light danced on the blade

as it rose into the air

when it came down

there was white hot pain

that flashed thru

your eyes

and then ran thru

my brain

and it killed me

yes it killed me

you were crying

while I was dying

but it plunged deeper still

you couldn't stop it!

why didn't they stop?!

you had already

been slashed before

couldn't they see that?!

I just wanted

to take it

take it away

and put it on myself

the pain in your eyes

burnt me inside

Unsheath your sword!

They stabbed you!!

Thru the heart!

and it stole me

right into you

all that knife did

was cut you deeply

and plunge into your soul

but it left

yes it left me

with that scar

and I took that knife

and plunged it

right into

my side.

I dunno, its kinda weird, but it does sound kinda cool with the music (like every other line there's a huge pause for an instrumental)
