OLD 55 Posted July 15, 2013 Report Share Posted July 15, 2013 I think that's Mike Taylor of Texan Garage Rock Band, The Bad Seeds (not to be confused with Australia's Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds). Goodness knows what it means. There were a lot of depressing "change the world", "the world's ending" folk type songs in those 'Cold War' days.
