I was on another music reviewer's page on YouTube, where he was comparing Original artist vs. Cover artist performances. Someone wrote about a Michael Jackson Beatles cover, so I suggested that Richie Havens covers were also notable. I left the page, then I saw that Fil had looked at Richie havens "Freedom/Motherless Child" performance at Woddstock in 1969. It is amazing that a Folk acoustic guitarist could hold a crowd of 250,000 for three hours, exhaust his repertoire, THEN create an Anthem.
