Also, I assume you mean Voodoo Child (Slight Return), since I don't think Voodoo Chile has the (Slight Return) at the end.
Ha, yes I do mean that. Thanks for pointing that out!

Hi jman. They should be a couple of vote catchers.
My youngest daughter was about the biggest GNR fan you could find. I remember getting her "Use Your Illusion" 1 and 2.
Your children have great taste in music!

Voodoo Chile (Slight Return) - Jimi Hendrix
November Rain - Guns N' Roses

Wow, I think they're reading into those songs just a tad too much.
-
Questa Volta-The Yardbirds
It's weird as hell and I have no idea what it means(sung in italian), but it still rocks.
-
Clapton says, thank you. Then Jack Bruce says, "Eric Clapton please...on vocals"
-
That sounds fine by me!
-
We can't nominate them, because they're already in the "offical" daily/weekly top ten. And they always seem to stay there.

I was looking for the meaning of Stairway To Heaven and ran into this site. I then asked about the meaning of Waiting For The Worms by Pink Floyd and got a bunch of great answers. I think I started actually posting about a year and a half ago. Sadly, I've barely made it past the 500 post mark.

Thank you Blind-Fitter!
-
No, for Jeff I've just heard "Blow By Blow" and "Wired."
You should check out Who Else!, it's very technoish though, so that might be a turn off for you.
-
Most overrated band ever, I would have to say The Misfits.
I would have to disagree with you so much, in fact I disagree with you so much I may have to ignore what you say from now on. Actually I can see why some people would consider them overrated, I admit they're nothing great, but they're still catchy poppy fun. But come on, you have to admit that Danzig is one the best rock vocalists ever.

Yes it is, my friend is Romanian and she confirmed that it is.

The Yardbird's verison of Too Much Monkey Business easily trumps Chuck Berry's.
Cream's verison Of Cross Road Blues' is a little bit better than Robert Johnson's.
-
The one exception to my dislike is Run-D.M.C. They rock.
When I say who's house, you say, RUUUN'S HOUSE!

Because the record companies are the legal owners of the single. The song belongs to the writer, lyricist, publisher, the one who bought the rights, whatever, but the artist signed a contract with the record company that is, somehow, the "manager" of the single. They invest their money in promotion so it´s their business...
That makes sense. Thank you guys!
