And "Tangerine" by Zeppelin has to go down as one of the catchiest little intros.

If you like Rolling Stones get The Pretty Things record
I've heard of those guys. I heard the album many, many years ago. Their bass player and founder, [bleep] Taylor, played with the Stones very early on, before Bill Wyman became full time. They had a few okay songs, but they weren't the Stones, ya know. It's very cool that someone actually knew that little piece of trivia.

I gotta go with Ritchie Blackmore. The man is so fast and so SMOOTH, and doesn't look like he's taking a dump when he hits those high notes. Frampton is up there, too.

The Rolling Stones specialize in cool song intros, like Monkey Man
or Time Is On My Side.
Listen to this man; he KNOWS what he's talking about. The Stones are the best at it, and that's a big reason they're the World's Greatest Rock 'n' Roll Band. "Can't You Hear Me Knocking", "One Hit (To The Body)", "Rocks Off", "Ventilator Blues", "Honky Tonk Woman", "Before They Make Me Run", and Gimme Shelter"...just to name a few with amazing guitar intros.

How' bout Slash and Lenny Kravitz? Not only are they great guitar players, they also write great music. That's a rarity in this day and age.

Here's one, What was the only Hard Rock / Metal song to hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 pop & rock charts?
How about "One" by Metallica?

Der Kommissar - both the English and German versions. Cha!

Who remembers the "Safety Dance"? Man, did that song suck! But it stays with ya.

say do you have any good Otto quotes? My favorite so far is when marge lifts up his bus... Otto: Man what am I smoking? Oh yeah, pot.
"My name is Otto and I love to get Blotto!" =
