  1. Well the obvious answer is that all the songs have colors in the title, but you said that this would be harder. Unless that was meant to be sarcastic?

I'm going to guess that they are all songs sung from the perspective of people asking for something.

  2. True. If it doesn't fit, why keep it? If it's a matter of height, I can always have the item hemmed by a tailor. But if it's an issue of size, then no. I'm not going to starve myself to fit into something that's too small. I'll just take it back and get my money.

If you find a wallet on the ground, you take it to the police station, all its contents intact.

  3. I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with your #8. I think he's an amazing role model for everyone....not just African-Americans. In any event....

  4. My dad is cheering for his adopted team Pittsburgh (big Crosby fan) but good luck to the Wings, it should be a very good series.

Thank you and good luck to you as well. Both teams have definitely earned the spots, should we win tonight.

First Cup rematch since the Oilers/Islanders in the early 80s, I believe.

  5. I'll probably get flamed a bit for saying this, but do understand they're one of my favorite bands so I'm not just being arbitrary.

The Wall and The Final Cut.

There are a few songs on The Wall that I like: Goodbye Blue Sky, The Thin Ice, Young Lust, Hey You, Run Like Hell and Comfortably Numb. My problem with the album stems from how it was made, not necessarily the music that it contains. It was all but a one-man band at that point, and it shows. Very little contribution from other members and because of that, Roger's ego was allowed to go unchecked and just melt all over everything. I know it's their biggest-selling album in the States and I don't begrudge anyone who does like it - taste is subjective. That being said, I just cannot listen to this.

Same goes with The Final Cut. That was for all intents and purposes, a solo album and billed as such. There's very little "Pink Floyd" on it. As dated as it sounds, I'd rather listen to AMLoR.

  6. I didn't know there was an interest in photography like that

the link blog I'm visiting regularly has photos of abandoned industrial/urban sites quite often :)

Oh yeah, abandoned photography/urban exploration is something I'm very interested in.

The site you visit regularly....what's the address? I'm always looking for new places to check out.
