I find this list more pleasing than other lists, such as one's that have put Jack White and Kurt Cobain in the top 10 of the greatest guitarists of all time!!. I think Rolling Stone did that. Oh the shame....

A few years ago I was absolutely feckin' mad into Led Zeppelin, that's how I managed to buy all of their albums. But then, I found Pink Floyd. I thought that nothing would ever take Zep's place, but Floyd did. And now I think that nothing could ever take Floyd's place, but could there be??. I doubt it.
"No Stairway....denied!!". Oh man, Wayne's World is a classic.

I'd probably say Custard Pie.

Nice structure to the poem, you used it well. I love your use of words, I can definately picture this Island life in my mind. Well done. 8/10.

Wow, this is a very beautiful peace of work!!. I can definately relate it to times when I hated living through the day so much that I looked forward to sleeping, so I couldn't feel anything for a few hours. I'd give it 10/10. It really spoke to me, great work.

Nice work there, obviously about Jesus.
But what do you mean in Stanza 5, when you say "Refuse me and die or hold my hand"??.
-
The 1st stanza really does point to that though. What were you thinking when you wrote that bit??. What does it mean to you??.
-
It seems to me like you'd do anything to get love, or something like that. Nice poem, good work.

I had a Caramel McFlurry.

I saw it today and I give it a 3. It's SO overdone. WHY is everything in slow-motion? Here come the horses - g..a..l..l..o..p, g..a..l..l..o..p. And this person looks at the wolf, and the wolf looks at this person and this person looks at the wolf and the wolf looks at this person, and this person... takes a step back... and looks at the wolf and the wolf looks at this person and... :sleepy:
The 'fights'... after a while, that amount of blood and gore just becomes comical. The entire movie looks to me like a graphic artist's dream. I could just imagine the graphic designers discussing the angle and rotation of the head of a man as it flies up into the air after he is decapitated complete with visuals of major blood vessels in the neck. They must have had fun! I bet they have Playstations.
The movie makers must have thought Greek history was much too boring and decided to add some melodrama and violins and that slow motion aspect I mentioned just to spice it up. I got quite bored. And as soon as I saw him I knew they'd kill that fellow with the nice hair.
I'd completely disagree with you. But I am one for violent movies, hence 300, Sin City and Reservoir Dogs being some of my fave movies. Not that those movies were jsut good because of violence, but because they had incredible storylines.
I loved the way the movie looked, it was incredibly artistic, it looked so real, like a living painting. Even the sex scene was very artistic, and with the naked female god dancing, I thought that those two scenes were very beautiful.
And as for the battle scenes, I thought that they were amazing. I loved all the slowing-down bits, and the whole gore thing, it was a good laugh. I'd give it 10/10.

Yeah it was pretty good. Did you notice the cover of Pink Floyd's Animals in the background in the rich guy's house? Probably not. You have to be a total nerd like me to notice things like that in movies.
I noticed that too!!. I wonder why they put that in there. Ha ha, it was really funny to see. I didn't really like that movie anyway, I thought some of the plot was a bit thick, but overall, I'd give it 6/10.
The last movie I saw was Happy Gilmore. "I'd give this city, 8 out of 10".

Suddenly I see - KT Tunstall
Her face is a map of the world
Is a map of the world
You can see she's a beautiful girl
She's a beautiful girl
And everything around her is a silver pool of light
The people who surround her feel the benefit of it
It makes you calm
She holds you captivated in her palm
Suddenly I see (Suddenly I see)
This is what I wanna be
Suddenly I see (Suddenly I see)
Why the hell it means so much to me
I feel like walking the world
Like walking the world
You can hear she's a beautiful girl
She's a beautiful girl
She fills up every corner like she's born in black and white
Makes you feel warmer when you're trying to remember
What you heard
She likes to leave you hanging on her word
Suddenly I see (Suddenly I see)
This is what I wanna be
Suddenly I see (Suddenly I see)
Why the hell it means so much to me
And she's taller than most
And she's looking at me
I can see her eyes looking from a page in a magazine
Oh she makes me feel like I could be a tower
A big strong tower
She got the power to be
The power to give
The power to see
Suddenly I see (Suddenly I see)
This is what I wanna be
Suddenly I see (Suddenly I see)
Why the hell it means so much to me

Unless she's about 50 herself I wouldn't bother with any of that old tosh (with deepest respect).
I don't see what the problem with any of these songs is. They suit the mood that is being looked for I think.

I like it, it's very unusual, I like your wording and how you express yourself through the words. Does it have something to do with blood flowing through your body??. That's what it seems like to me. Sorry if I'm wrong.

That's a very interesting read, thank you for composing it. I myself, would consider myself to be somewhat of a musical genious (not being arrogant here). I play the guitar, piano, and bass, and have written music on all of them. Less on the bass though.
But I find it alot more difficult to write orchestral music, because you are concentrating on and writing for many instruments, and you have to know what goes well with what. It is definately something that I would like to pursue in the future, if that is where I would still like to go.

Money
You're materialistic, money is a top priority in your life. You enjoying stepping on other people to get to the top. In other words: You're a jerk.
That's not me at all!!.

I Love Led Zeppelin, they are one of my fave bands of all time.
III is a great album, it's very unusual, and it has some great songs on it, such as Immigrant Song and Tangerine.
But in my opinion, it also has Led Zeppelin's worst song ever; Hats Off To (Roy) Harper!!. That song is painful to listen to!!.
If you havn't checked out their album "Physical Graffiti", then I highly recommend it to you, it's probably their best album overall.

Ha ha, that's true. But the suggestions here are really great. Keep 'em comin'.

Why don't you write her your own song??. If you can't play any instruments, then get one of your friends to play the guitar or piano, it doesn't have to be over-complicated. And let the lyrics come from your heart. And if you can't do that, then here's a few songs that could be of use to you:
Heaven - Bryan Adams.
When You're Gone - Bryan Adams.
Wonderful Tonight - Eric Clapton.
With Or Without You - U2.
Everywhere - Fleetwood Mac.
The fact that this girl wants you to play a song for her is a good sign, it shows that she is very interested in you, and wants to see if you can impress her. It seems like she wants you to tell her through song that you can put in the effort for her, so do your best. You have an excellent chance here, so try not to mess up. In a way, she has already said yes, she just wants you to put the keystone in place, know what I'm saying??. She wants you to create the magical formula that will make her hair grow, so you can climb up and rescue her from the tower.

Is it a sad or happy song??.
If it's in F Major, then it's probably a sad song, since this tune seems to be in a mode.
Sorry if that isn't any help at all.

Ain't It Fun by The Dead Boys, covered by Guns N' Roses. It's a great song, and a great cover too.
The album "The Spaghetti Incident?" has many other great covers on it. It's a complete cover album. Go check it out.

No, not really. I'm looking for uplifting lyrics, and music.

That video from the 1st post is removed, so I can't watch it.
