  1. My friend told me she heard a song on the radio that used the music from the song Son of Preacher Man by Dusty Springfield. She said the song sounded like Cypress Hill because it reminded her of Insane in the Membrane but she couldn't find the song online. The radio station plays "hard classic rock" which to them is metallic, led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Cypress Hill, Rage Against the machine, music like that. I don't have any lyrics which makes the song so hard to find but I really want to hear it! :googly:

    Thanks for the help :]

  2. I downloaded this songs because they were labeled Hinder but I know it's not them.

It's a male singer and a rock song.

It starts: "Flowing slowly through me...(then I can't make out what he says)...she moves beneath me and makes me feel like...(Once again I can't understand a few words)...has my pulse pounding beneath."

Some of the corus is (I think): "You don't know what I know...(Can't make out the next line or two) Stay with me tonight."

Maybe someone can make sense of all this. Let me know if there is anything else that might help.

    P.s. I don't know what year.

  3. Speaking of. Here's a new cover version by Lili Haydn. Not bad. I personally like Supertramp's better, however, .....

    Listen to it here: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=46188229

I like her version...definately nowhere as good as the orginal but it gives the song a different feel

  4. Not this one:

She said you hurt her so,

    she almost lost her mind,

but now she says she knows,

    you´re not the hurting kind,

she said she loves you and you know that can´t be bad

yes she loves you and you know you should be glad...

She loves you yeah, yeah, yeah, etc.

Yet I love love love this song!

Any Leonard Cohen song is a poem.

Edna, what song is this? I love the lyrics and want to hear more!

  5. A local radio station near me has a little promo commercial inbetween songs that makes fun of Hotel California; it's a guy singing really loud but instead of "Cool wind in my hair" he is singing "Cool Whip in my hair" Now when I hear the song I hear cool whip in my hair. My best friend misheard the lyrics to Saliva's Click Click Boom, she miss took click click, for something completely wrong and very dirty! I also use to think that it was Dont fear the reefer instead of reaper :P
