  1. Poets of the Fall - "War" Still not sure if I like them or not. I like this song and "The Happy Song," but I've never been able to really get into their other stuff too much...I guess I've never tried either..
  2. Yes, there is a reason why there is a target on my nose. My best friends and I were playing Quelf and one of the cards had the players putting targets on their bodies and if anyone looked at them, they had to pay a penalty. So put mine on my nose. *evillaugh* And I've grown some facial hair since my last picture post. Yay for being 17...
  3. Titus Andronicus - "My Eating Disorder" Their new record, "Local Business" seems less polished than their last so far. Not the best production, no narration, no overall story arc to it-but I guess "The Monitor" was a concept album... Still a good record so far. I'm liking it.
  4. Jukebox the Ghost - "Summer Sun" Some lyrical dissonance with the weather here...
  5. Imagine Dragons - Radioactive Just found out that this is the song in my favorite Assassin's Creed III trailer...
  6. "I'm Not That Guy" from the Original Cast Recording of "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson." A very interesting musical that I've just discovered recently. It's a re-imagining of Andrew Jackson's life with him as an emo teenager: "Who am I? I'm ANDREW F*CKING JACKSON! And my life sucks in particular."
  7. A Faster Ride - "Slenderman Stole My Bass" A local pop-punk band. They're quite good. And they enjoy using titles that have nothing to do with the songs.
  8. Allo, Darlin' - "Capricornia" So every so often I download a bunch of free music and never listen to it. I randomly decided to play this and I'm liking it. I may get the rest of the album.
  9. The Boxer - Mumford and Sons feat. Jerry Douglas and Paul Simon A more folky take on the classic. I like it.
  10. Mumford and Sons - "Babel" A great opening track to a great sophomore release.
  11. Gustav Holst's "Second Suite in F for Military Band." One of my favorite concert band pieces ever written. If I ever get to play euphonium on this, I may just explode with delight. 6 solos throughout the 4 movements and an all together amazing part.
  12. Matt Nathanson - "Suspended" His major label debut deserved much more attention that it got.
  13. Poets of the Fall - "The Happy Song" From the soundtrack to "Alan Wake's American Nightmare." Disturbing but oddly addicting.
  14. Arison Cain - "Darling" "So f*cking f*ck you, darling, you don't deserve an ounce of love. The sh*t that you have done to me is nothing to be proud of!"
  15. "A More Perfect Union" - Titus Andronicus "Where are all the Scientists Now?" - Jukebox the Ghost
