Hi everyone, my name is Susan-Paula. You can call me Sue.
I'm 24. I'd like to say 22, but I'm not. I'm 5'8 and people take me too seriously. I like music, video games, anime/manga, cosplay, sci-fi, animals, movies, travelling, snowboards, BMX's and motorX. People are often surprised that I am a girl. I like to laugh, and have a great sense of humour. I tend to take criticism personally and can be easily offended. I try not to. I have an opinion about everything, but am often too shy to air it. I don't know how to handle conflict situations. I am an only child from a loving home in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I've had many good years, 2.5 of them have been spent with the love of my life. I studied multimedia art and web design and work for a big games company in the UK. I believe that a smile or a few kind words to everyone you pass in your day spreads endlessly. People call it 'paying it forward'. Try it, you will like it!
Nice to meet you all
Who is this woman?? Wow, now that is scary looking back on something that is 8 years old and you are pretty much still the same except you don't give a ******* anymore about airing your opinion, just learned a good way of doing it without pissing too many people off

I can't wait to see The Artist! I have heard nothing but excellent reviews
Right now, watching The Proposal - even though I never liked Sandra Bullock before, the fact that Ryan Reynolds is in it improves it greatly (if you know what I mean).
I'd give it a 6/10.

It's a great loss to our community and Karma was always very vibrant and happy. She will be missed here, and Lea, you know my thoughts are with you my friend (((((hugs)))))

Peach Girl is cute, but I never got too far into it when relying on youtube rips. It's too annoying when one episode is missing and you have to skip on to the next one.
However, as this is about movies... the last one I re-watched was The secret of Kells and it's just gorgeously done! It's not anime, but I love the animation style and it was a really sweet story. So sad with the footprints on the beach. Again.

I've been on anime kick for the past three years again (I stopped collecting around 1997) and I must say Kon Satoshi and Oshii Mamoru have been keeping the animated movie scene relevant. Of course, there's also every Miyazaki film that comes out once in a while (although the latest effort based on The Borrowers is good, Disney ruined its ending).
By the way, if you think Inuyasha is boring and played out, you probably would not want to sit through 8 seasons, two movies, and several specials (OAVs) of Ranma 1/2 or 200 episodes, 6 movies, and more OAVs of Urusei Yatsura. With the collapse of the anime industry in Japan, series have become shorter and work on a tighter schedule, while cutting a lot of corners (outsourcing to Corea and China, and using lots and lots of CG). Mermaid's Scar, the series, may still be an okay watch. If not, one could always revert back to Inuyasha
I've been on another anime series spree the last year (some I've watched more than once years ago):
Soul eater, Hell Girl, Black cat, Blood, Basilisk, Hellsing, Ouran high school host club, Clannad after story, Death note, Full Metal Alchemist brotherhood, R.O.D, Furi kuri, Chobits, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Wolf & spice, Full Metal panic, Elfen Lied and Steins Gate (just started on this one).
I do want to also watch Cat Soup which I have had 2 recommendations for

I'd just suggest a trip to 9gag where I get my daily funnies

Awesome suggestions so far (we even got cannibalism in there...twice! )
My immediate first though was Smooth Criminal (fictional crime) but after that, I couldn't get it out of my head!

Thanks for digging up the other threads Bluesboy - my bad for only searching Q&A and coming up with nothing but this one thread.
I'm not going to scrap this one even if other threads with songs about murder exist (I am interested in ALL crime as the title suggests).
Thanks.

I'm looking around for songs that cover a crime/crime scene/murder.
The genre or age don't matter at all!

You're so right Kev - just about everything about the way I get laid is improper
I'd give the movie a 4/10. Mostly because I didn't finish watching it all the way through.
