CaptainMikeRS
This is my third song (again I'm not going in order), inspired after hearing the countless self-improvement ads on TV, radio and internet. Pop/rock tune. The Greatest Masquerade (Written January 29, 2004 by Mike R. Smale © 2004) Everyday brings the same old thing, on the ads on TV. Telling me that I could be thinner, and how my life should really be. Using propaganda, telling me what clothes to wear. To them I'm just a number, and they don't really care. This way, that way, not your way. Do it like this, do what we say. It's just the greatest masquerade, just another big scheme. So don't listen to what they have to offer, it's just something that you don't need. Does it really matter if you can make my teeth white? Who can really see them when you're darkness blocks our light? Buy this now, order today. Do it like this, do what we say. It's just the greatest masquerade, just another big scheme. So don't listen to what they have to offer, it's just something that you don't need.
