[What is name of this song from the 70's]

There is a song that I think is from the 70's (could be early 80's). Anyway, there is a shampoo commercial that's currently running that they play a portion of it and I had forgotten how much I liked that song until I saw the commercial. Here is all the lyrics that I know:
