Does this mean that we can't have a kegger that night?
Man, this just sucks! Party pooper!
Mars or no Mars, there's always some excuse to have a kegger!

Corpse Bride!!!

The people that throw popcorn at the back of my head when I make smartass comments in the theater. When I got out of AVP I had so much popcorn thrown at me you couldn't see my hair. It's their fault for going to see a sucky movie that I'm also going to see (I didn't voluntarily go, that movie was freaking awful).

I've seen Weird Al and a bunch of Celtic bands. I missed out on U2 tickets AND Rolling Stones tickets. My life sucks that way. Does anyone know if ZZ Top is worth seeing anymore? They're coming in September.

As long as you aren't spending ALL your money on CDs while eating cat food out of the can, then I say go for it. ::
Actually that stuff tastes pretty good with a bit of Worchestershire Sauce.

That is REALLY cool!!!

following Morrison's fatal heart attack
Heart attack, eh? I smell a conspiracy. Actually I smell moldy conspiracy, as it's been a conspiracy for 35 years. Ew.

Maybe you can't wait until September, but all of us people who have to go back to school certainly can!

Does anyone know where I can find the music video or promotional film or whatever it was called back in the 60's to Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues"?

Get rid of Constantine, get a better singer, then they've got themselves a band that may be worth listening to.

Blue Cheer was known as the loudest band ever. The first ten rows of seats were blocked out at their shows to protect hearing (a nice PR stunt). They had two albums in the psychedelic era...Invincibus Eruptus and Louder Than God. The first has their one and only commercial success, the cover of Summertime Blues.
There's an urban legend that says that one of their concerts were so loud that a dog standing on a speaker exploded. I don't know if it's true or even possible though.

They could've been special McNuggets....

Yellow screwdriver. So I'm odd! ::

I think anyone could relate to Springsteen's "Born to Run" at one point in their life, no matter what generation they belong to.

Does Queen qualify as glam? If so, they'd be my favorite, closely followed by Alice Cooper.
-
Pretty much any AC/DC album could make it now I think. And to cross into the realm of country, Johnny Cash is timeless.

I find it ironically funny that it's The Who that's being attacked, which most of these parents have grown up with, as opposed to Velvet Revolver, who said f*** quite a few more times than The Who did in their performance.

Guitar wankery? Isn't that illegal?

I read the whole freaking thing yesterday. Much more dark and depressing then the other one, with an extremely sad ending. The best writing JK Rowling has come out with IMO.

Yo, Eagle Eye, don't type in all caps, you're hurting my brain's ears!

Yeah, seriously, Deep Purple is hard rock! No foolin'!

The Who were just... correct. Nothing to do with the good old Who. Roger Daltrey didn´t look rock at all and Pete Townshend seems to be in bad shape. I found them old. I hoped he´d smah his guitar...
I thought The Who did a great job! Sure they didn't look like they used to, but they're old. Besides, it's not about the look, it's about the music!

I would much rather listen to my Duran Duran records than anything that Good Charlotte poops out onto a CD
I like the way you put it. ::
