Does anyone know the artist or the title from the currently running commercial for Land Rover. It sounds very 60's, and familiar, but I can't place it.

I'm looking for the title of a Manfred Mann song, but it's by "The Manfred Mann........(something)" band. The title may be "Blinded by the Light", and if not, includes those lyrics throughout. What the heck does it mean??!!
