I completed the one level in 17:34:52.5 with 102 deaths and no walkthrough, help or cheating. I'm pretty happy with that.
EDIT: Damn, didn't see Fin's post.

I know Squier guitars are good value for money, so I expect the basses are the same. I played bass in my high school concert band, but I can't remember what model it was (I didn't own it).

Meep meep.
I decided to take a few days away from this game to confuse you all.
The next person who posts isn't eating a sandwich right now. But they will tell me their favourite sandwich filling nonetheless.

I've got about five songs in mind to nominate and I am completely undecided as to which two I'll choose. I'll have to see what everyone else nominates first.

Oh, I guess so. I was waiting for Kenne to confirm it though.
Give me a few minutes.

Papa Was A Rolling Stone - The Temptations

Everything seems to be reversed in this list - Stones, Beatles and Led Zep rounding out the bottom three instead of the top three.

Surely you know what Pitchfork did to invoke my wrath? in their 100 best albums of the 90s they had Loveless at #1 and OK Computer at #2. There's an accurate list, thought I and stupidly put my faith in them (P4k). What happens later? Whiny fans go - OMG RADIOHEAD IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH - and Pitchfork says 'ok' and CHANGES THE LIST, so now Loveless is at #2 and OK Computer at #1 and I don't care how good their writers are I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever forgive them!!!
I hadn't heard that before. That is very weak, caving in to public pressure over something as arbitrary as a Top 100 list. Especially with an album like OK Computer, which despite me really liking Radiohead, I consider to be a very overrated album.

And...?
-
The list consists almost entirely of songs I really like, and it is a pretty good representation of the '90s, despite not covering all of the popular genres of the decade. I'm happy with it.

I was going to say Perth's own Eamon Sullivan is the fastest swimmer in the world with his 21.28 second 50 metre freestyle.
But it turns out Frédérick Bousquet broke the record in April with an amazing 20.94!
I struggle to comprehend that - I think I would still take more than a minute to swim 50m.
-
Swordfish are supposed to be able to swim 100 km/h (60 mph) fast!
Swordfish are pretty fast, but Sailfish are actually the fastest fish in the world. They have been clocked at over 110 kph, and can maintain that speed longer than a cheetah can.

That's Layne Staley (R.I.P.), innit?
I don't think I'd recognise him without the glasses.
-
Noo.
Lucky will be back. You just watch.
-
Crazy - Seal (1990) (Yes, the only place I found this video was on MySpace videos).
Achilles Last Stand - Led Zeppelin (1976)
EDIT: Don't want to votesplit Led Zeppelin - will choose another song soon.
EDIT: Changed my mind - Led Zeppelin can handle the votesplitting.
-
Nope, I'm back, after two or three days away from this game.
edna will be back.

I guess Courtney Taylor-Taylor has the double surname for the same reason as Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond?
