  1. Hey. I've been filling up my mp3 player with all kinds of music that I like and I had no idea I liked metal until I heard a few Metallica songs.

So far I have downloaded...legally, of course...Metallica, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, & a couple of songs from Slayer.

What I dislike about Slayer is that they have too much devil/666/fire stuff for me. I was listening to them and the ground began to open up, but anyways, could you guys give me some suggestions for any metal bands I might like?

So far I have(everything listed are songs):

    Metallica:

    For Whom the Bell Tolls

    Hit the lights

    Pulling Teeth

    Master of Puppets

    Creeping Death

    Iron Maiden:

    2 Minutews To Midnight

    Number of The Beast

    Run To The Hills

    Hallowed Be Thy Name

    Rime of the Ancient Mariner

    Megadeth:

    Trust

    Sweating Bullets

    Symphony of Descrution

    Skin O' My Teeth

    Wake Up Dead

    Holy Wars

    Hangar 18

    Slayer:

    Angel Of Death

    Raining Blood

  2. It's dependent upon the artist granting permission/license for iTunes to have them. There's also no Beatles, though I think Yoko finally whored John's solo stuff out. The funny thing about Metallica - they were the biggest a-holes about Napster/free downloading, and then a great, legal alternative comes up and they back out. They said that people should experience their music in album form only. B*stards. Remember when they were actually cool and rebellious?

Oh. Thanks for the explanation. That sucks, I hope they change their mind some day.

And everyone thanks for the suggestions.

  3. Hi, I'm a new member here, I'm im high school. I've always loved older rock from the 60-70s such as the Ramones, Rush, America, and The Rolling Stones, I even like somem heavy metal such as Metallica.

I was hoping I could get some suggestion from some of you guys for bands or albums I could check out. I recently bought an mp3 player and already transferred about 60 songs from the artists above.

Oh, and also, I'm downloading music using iTunes...they have no Metallica, no AC/DC, no Led Zepellin! Anyone know what's up with that?!

    Thanks,

    -Daniel
