Report Most Inexplicably Over-rated Bands in Music Discussion Posted May 2, 2005 I think that wannabe punk rock bands such as Good Charlotte are TOTALLY overrated. I think that they honestly think that wearing a bit of eye makeup and black clothes makes them 'punk rockers' - how can anyone stand them. Especially Good Charlotte.
