lol what a scam . The album Horray For Boobies by Bloodhound Gand has like 50 2-sec gaps before the hidden track
-
well I know this: average album in mp3 at 128kps takes about 60-70MB. You do the math.

Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes
or was that 2003?
-
"How Long?.." :guitar:
The verse has some some 6/8 too. Sig changes from bar to bar Rush style ::
-
aaaah Kansas, one of those great bands that are hardly ever mentioned here. I always thought it was just a simple pre-Colombus sailor story, but you never know with these geeky pregressive guys. This is one of the few radio songs to feature 7/8 time.

speaking of The Doors I vote for Soul Kitchen :guitar:
-
well im gonna eat a cup of boiled peanuts and ill think about it

metal/hard rock songs huh
in no particular order:
Megadeth - Peace Sells...
Iron Maiden - Powerslave
Metallica - Battery
AC/DC - Hell's Bells
Alice In Chains - Again
Ozzy - I Don't Know
Rage ATM - Take The Power Back
Motorhead - Deaf Forever
Black Sabbath - Paranoid
Deep Purple - Highway Star
well thats 10. I know I'm missing some songs that should be before some of the stuff here, but these came to mind right away
-
Apparently someone didn't read the directions.
well, toss a coin, ill be happy whatever the result
-
Oh, and the band and personal stories and history are both equally great and interesting too.

Frankly I like the Beatles and Pink Floyd equally. I listen to both as often, I own every official album by them, got tons of bootlegs for both, know how to play many songs by them, recorded my own version of one song from each, and most importantly, I love them both on any ocation and any state of mind. So there you have, I'll take them both.

I love 'Golden Lady'. Smooth pianos with a bad-ass beat. Also 'Another Star' with it's 70s afro-cuban rhythms. And let's not forget about 'Superstition'. I have to listen to some more stuff by him. Everything I own by him I love so far.

yea but my amp's 10 is 'one' louder ::
-
Capitol, huh?
-
obvious: _THE BEATLES_

I was listening to DSOTM tonight, and I must admit that it´s a masterpiece... I always loved it, but yesterday it sounded specially great.
You know the same thing happened to me not too long ago. It was one of those times when you really really get into it
Anyways, I've listebned to that album hundreds of times, but that night the song Money really lifted me up and tossed me around, especially the guitas/sax solo. I loved Pink Floyd all my life. but suddenly I found a new kind of respect for that song. Go figure. btw I was laying in my bed with the lights off and headphones on that's the only way

and the solo in one of the most acidic momments they'll ever dare to play on commercial radio.
-
You also need 'I Wouldn't Want To Be Like You' and 'Time' by good old Parson :guitar:
-
very impressive, CD. Anyways, what happened to adamisafriend? That's an awesome avatar he had going ::

how about laser disc players for cars?
and talking about amps. Remmember the old vacuum tube ones? When I was like 15 or so my dad gave me his old reel to reel player with the matching tube amp and speakers. I used to plug my guitar into the amp, unplug the speaker, turn the volume all the way to 10, and connect the amp to my old stereo (not in that order ). To this day I still can't get that same exact sound that I remmember like if I was hearing it now. Of course I eventually blew the hell out of those tubes
