So while I bake some cookies and make the best use of this hour-long background music, let me all ask you: Was he the ultimate father of the ambient sound?Was he that keyboard dude would played for Roxy Music but then left after just two albums?Is he the greatest artist to come out of the interim era? edna 6 Report post Posted October 14, 2007 He´s a little genius, one among others. I like some of the things he did, I can´t stand others. But he´s so versatile... he worked with so many big names and did such diverse things as ambient music, disco, prog, new age, glam, pop...
