MarcM Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 One of my old partners was at Cabo Wabo and met Sammy. She had no idea who he was, and neither did any of the people with her. They hung out for a while and had some drinks. When they asked him what he did for a living, he said he sings in a band! This was during his VH days. Anyway, after they hung out, they all took a picture together. When she was showing me the pictures from her trip, she said, "This is Sammy. We hung out in Cabo together for a while. He was a really cool guy!" I did a double take and told her who he was. She had no clue who he was until I showed her a picture of him with VH on the web. She was gob smacked!
