MuzikTyme Posted March 15, 2010 Report Posted March 15, 2010 I just noticed that the current Daily Top 10 has four songs by Pearl Jam. Go Pearl Jam! Honorable mention for Lady GaGa having three.
Shawna Posted March 15, 2010 Report Posted March 15, 2010 we went out for breakfast yesterday morning and my son ordered buttermilk pancakes. When we got the bill, they had shortened the words to "butt pan."

Lea Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 Shawna you know what happens if you say that three times
RockyRaccoon Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 And why would you want to make Michael Keaton disappear? Actually never mind, I can think of a few reasons.
Lea Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 Doesn't it also make him appear? I haven't seen the movie in years, but either way it seems to work
TheLizard Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 If he's not there, it makes him appear, if he is there, it makes him disappear. And Michael Keaton is awesome. Has he done anything lately?
miamisammy29 Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 And why would you want to make Michael Keaton disappear? Actually never mind, I can think of a few reasons. Michael Keaton HAS disappeared. He gave up the Batman series....(not what one would call a great career move). Tobey Maguire....now, THAT kid knows on which side his bread is buttered.

RockyRaccoon Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 All I know is I keep remembering him in Dream Team. What a great movie. And yes, Michael Keaton will be in the upcoming Toy Story 3.
Shawna Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 my first experience with Michael Keaton was a little flick called "Night Shift" years and years ago that starred Fonzie and Shelley Long (who played Diane in the "Cheers" series). I remember going to see that movie on a whim, having no clue what it was about, and leaving the theatre with a big smile for Michael Keaton's offbeat humor. And he was the best Batman, IMHO.
Lea Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 He was also great in that movie where he played the renter from hell. I can't remember what it was called but it was one of my favorites.
TheLizard Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 Pacific Heights. Good movie. Although I was hoping Keaton would win, those damn yuppies were obnoxious.
Steel2Velvet Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 The short, barrled-chested Irish cop twirls his nightstick behind his back, as he saunters over, pushes back his police hat slightly to reveal a twist of red hair, squinting as he speaks directly at you, "Awright, awright now. You'll be takin' this over to the movie thread if yur wantin' to be tarkin' about this boy, Keaton. I says to ya, this here's a random thoughts thread."
Heimann47 Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 Aside from bliss, ignorance is both amusing and infuriating (in others)

I jusr watched "Johnny Dangerously" again this weekend...just stupidly funny. Michael Keaton does crack me up.
miamisammy29 Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 I've seen "Johnny Dangerously" about 50 times. And "Mr. Mom" almost as much. Two classics!
MarcM Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 "Is a frog's ass watertight?" "Yes, we believe it is."
edna Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 I'm fed up with being broke. It's time to be rich again... it's springtime!!
