Rayzor
Yeah, I've seen 60 year olds who've made complete asses of themselves because they don't know how to drink responsibly. And Pinks... I made a comment made to giggle at. I'm not planning to make it my campaign slogan. Relax...

Shawna
^that was my random thought. Here's a not-so-random one. I've been so immersed in working that I haven't even read the news, turned on the TV, or barely been in my car long enough to hear anything about anywhere in the world outside of my own little work bubble. So until this very second () I was totally unaware that the East Coast of the US is under weather attack, and I'm hoping that UJ, Rocky, Carl, RonJon, Laurie, all of yous are kept safe and dry. pinkstones
Not much is going to happen here tomorrow, aside from wind and a little rain. It's also supposed to be a lot cooler, so the combo of cooler air, 30 mph winds and drizzling rain is going make Monday suck more than Mondays usually suck. Shawna
Just looking at the map, and based on that, Ronjon, UJ, and Carl are in the immediate and most direct path.

Jenny
The winds are howling up here and there is a steady driving drizzle, but so far we have power and all is OK. We have a generator and I have already invited my parents and sister to come on up if they lose power. They are predicting 7-10 days with no power for some areas. BrilliantDisguise
It's very scary here already and the storm is still hours away. A lot of the Jersey shore area is dealing with flooding already too. Rainy and very windy here at the moment. Not looking forward to tonight at all. RonJonSurfer
All of you SF'ers in the east take care. Stay warm, dry and smart! ...and smart??? Be serious. Right now it isn't bad but we're told that will change dramatically. My office is closed today and tomorrow. Halloween is in real jeopardy (as least the trick or treating part). Lotsa flooding due. RockyRaccoon
Hurricane was nuts. Hit us here in Maryland relatively hard, though not as hard as New York. We didn't lose power though thankfully. Roughly 200,000 in Maryland did though, 5.3 million across the east coast.
