No, I mean the idea of the 'Prospective Nominations' Thread.

It's nothing to do with a song being in a language other than English ! I don't nominate songs by Australian Artists unless they're well known overseas. They'd be obscure to most people. I nominate mainly U.S. or U.K. songs that I like.
