Watch this one from 15 seconds on: Guns N' Roses - Welcome To The Jungle Intro I find this to be pretty funny. Slash screws up the guitar riff, and the rest of the band are confused!!. I think he got a not-too-small concussion also interesting (but not really a 'mistake'), MTV wanted them to play "Smells like Teen Spirit", but they wanted to play "Rape Me". MTV of course didn't want to allow to play a song with such a title/theme in one of their shows, so they reached common ground and Nirvana played their (at that time) newest single "Lithium"... but at the performance they start with the first chordes of Rape Me, probably to shock the executives Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This story made me laugh so hard. So I guess Jared Leto broke his nose because his fans didn't catch him during his stage dive; I can't find any video but I did find the article below!
