Carl
Or "Route 66." There's also "Heart Of Rock And Roll" by Huey Lewis. I'm 80% sure they customized that, so radio stations played versions that mentioned local citys.

Catherine
There is a house in New Orleans they call the rising sun, and it's been the ruin of many a poor boy, and God I know I'm one. Day is night in New York City; smoke, like water, runs inside. Steel idle trees to pity every living things that's died Well, on a train, I met a dame; she rather handsome, we kind looked the same. She was pretty -from New York City. I'm walkin' down that same old fair lane

Well I'm a runnin' down the road try'n to loosen my load I've got seven women on my mind Four that wanna own me, two that wanna stone me One says she's a friend of mine Take it easy, take it easy Don't let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy Lighten up while you still can Don't even try to understand Just find a place to make your stand, and take it easy Well, I'm a standin' on a corner in Winslow , Arizona Such a fine sight to see It's a girl my lord in a flat-bed Ford Slowin' down to take a look at me Come on, baby, don't say maybe I gotta know if your sweet love is gonna save me We may lose and we may win, though we may never be here again So open up I'm climbin' in, so take it easy Well, I'm a runnin' down the road tryin' to loosen my load Got a world of trouble on my mind Lookin' for a lover who won't blow my cover, she's so hard to find Take it easy, take it easy Don't let the sound of your own wheels make you crazy Come on baby, don't say maybe I gotta know if your sweet love is gonna save me
Crazy Don
How about "I've Been Everywhere" by Hank Snow? I think that song has the most cities in it, sung in rapid-fire fashion. Since I can't edit my post, here are the lyrics: I was totin' my pack along a dusty Winnemucca road When along came a semi with a high canvas covered load "If you're going to Winnemucca, Mac with me you can ride." So I climbed into the cab and then I settled down inside He asked me if I'd seen a road with so much dust and sand And I said, [break] "Listen, Bud I've traveled every road in this here land." (Chorus) I've been everywhere, man, I've been everywhere, man 'Cross the deserts bare, man, I've breathed the mountain air, man Of travel, I've had my share, man, I've been everywhere. I been to Reno, Chicago, Fargo, Minnesota, Buffalo, Toronto, Winslow, Sarasota, Wichita, Tulsa, Ottawa, Oklahoma, Tampa, Panama, Mattawa, La Paloma, Bangor, Baltimore, Salvador, Amarillo, Tocopilla, Barranquilla, and Padilla, I'm a killer.
