Steel2Velvet
In a paragraph or less, what does the term "Rock and Roll" conjure, for you? To me it means musical dissent. Music that disdains, but borrows from, its pristinely structured predecessors, blended with primary worldwide rythmns and restructured; in order to address, musically, unmet emotional needs of its adherents. KlassenT
While we're engaging in the Rock and Roll video war, here's my contribution. This has always been one of my favorite clips, and I was blown away to have found it on Youtube. People say I was born a few decades too late, but Rock & Roll has, to me, always been less about the rebellion, more about uniting, bringing everyone together under one common banner, even if it's just for a few choruses. Behold. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVEUbIgJa9Q
Mike
I don't disagree with Ken often, but, I must step in here, because, real rock n roll deserves a proper flagship video! And.... THIS IS IT RIGHT HERE!
