OLD 55 Posted February 13, 2007 Report Share Posted February 13, 2007 WELL After all the derogatory remarks I've made about lonng songs and Led 'Bloody' Zeppelin, I never thought I'd be campaigning for them. Have we all forgotten just what an amazing song Stairway To Heaven is I'm tossing up between it and Yesterday for my #1. There's been lots of good songs nominated so far, but with apologies to all, those are the only two great ones - which is just my opinion of course. bazooka Posted February 13, 2007 Report Share Posted February 13, 2007 This is the perfect opportunity for a special nomination - two great songs with the same title by my two favourite artists (make sure you include the artist name in your votes): Heartbreaker - Led Zeppelin Heartbreaker - The Rolling Stones The Stones' song is actually named Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker) I know that because years ago when the radio station played "The Rolling Stones A to Z", I wanted to record the song, but Doo Doo... took me by surprise ( D instead of H).
