North Carolina BBQ is the best, hands down. It's a vinegary-mustard sauce and it's to die for. 10x better than Memphis-style, in my opinion.

I'm having ostrich shank with ginger ale.

It's quite tasty, better than chicken or turkey.

Ale's always good, IMHO.
