edna Posted April 28, 2011 Report Share Posted April 28, 2011 Yes, I read that some time ago on a couple of web sites, but I don't think it's true... yet I can check, my brother has an amazing book with all the facts about the Beatles songs... (I just have to find him on the phone and he's always very busy...) Edit: I found this in our main page: Paul McCartney wrote the music for this when he was about 15, and used to play it when The Beatles were still known as The Quarrymen. "My Little Red Book" - Middleton He started as a member of one of the most famous bands in history, both playing piano and being the roadie... but the manager said he wouldn't fit so he remained in the dark, playing.
