Super Ry 71
why, yes, Ry! and as I recall, I commented on it. Will you get any photos from it? We'd love to see you in Midsummer mode! I'll see what I can do. BTW, I got the role of Robin Starveling. Very important part. Farin
oh but you should - there's not a single better source for basic information for just about any subject (over 2 million(!) articles in English alone) just try to search for some song or band
blue_n_white
Hey guess what Farin? I was kidding. I use it all the time!!! You know my humor is so underappreciated on here.

blue_n_white
Of course and Farin you need to use that wikipedia thingy to look up Jeff Foxworthy. Then maybe you will find out what asinine means to us redneck folk.
Shawna
Blue... I have a similar sick sense of humor... Sometimes when you type something and you're grinning maniacally (as I am wont to do) it doesn't come across onscreen the same way you were thinking it in your head. Been there, done that. It might help people understand better if you use the little smilies to be absolutely clear when you're joking... just a thought. By the way, I love Jeff Foxworthy! Ron White is my favorite of the Blue Collar comedy group. I love, love, love the drive-through funeral bit!
Farin
It might help people understand better if you use the little smilies to be absolutely clear when you're joking... just a thought. now that's an idea but even with that, I doubt I will find that very funny... my humour is bit more on the dry side
Sweet Jane 61
I picked my daughter up at preschool and when we were getting in the car one of her friend was leaving and ask if my car was a Porsche! TheLizard
Last night's performance was just as awesome, and the next two are going to be even better, because our director has given me (who plays the fiddle) and my friend Jerame (who plays the guitar) permission to jam on stage during the transitions. This school won't know what's hit 'em.

TheLizard
A potent combination. And I wear a hooded cloak during the 2nd act (the Merry Men must be disguised). Seriously bada**.
skybluesky
A hooded cloak and a sword? Ok, now I am truly envious. Do you get to bonk anyone on the head with your fiddle? Stick the bow up someone's nose?
TheLizard
No, I do not, because both those items are freaking expensive, so I wouldn't even if I was asked to.
skybluesky
Well, I guess with a hooded cloak and a sword you wouldn't need the fiddle in your arsonry.
TheLizard
Of course not. Just for a few tunes between stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.

I repect your opinion a great deal but it just seems a little weird to me that one must use a smiley on here when they are poking fun or making a joke. I think we are all old enough to know the difference between a joke or it being something else especially if a lot of joking is going on in a thread. Is everybody that sensitive on here? And to me,putting a smiley at the end of a joke is sort of like sit coms who use laugh tracks prompting the viewers to realize something supposedly funny was said. I just think people need to chill out a little bit and not get so defensive. Like I have said before, this is just a board. A very good board mind you. But still, just a board. But Shawna I will keep what you said in mind and try and remember the little smilies. And by the way,"they call me tater salad."
