OLD 55
Namahage, it's pretty well established that multiple nominations of the same singer splits their votes and there's no big hurry to nominate yet ! Why don't you have a look at Every Song That's Made The Songfactors' Choice Top Tens I'm sure it would give you some ideas for new nominations. OLD 55
Yes, I heard it Saturday night on an 'Oldies' radio show "Saturday Night Jukebox", and thought, gotta nominate that. There's some great noms already as you said. I really like Kevin's "Creeque Alley" - an 'autobiography' of the Mamas & Papas' (and others) early days. John & Michelle Phillips, Zal (I don't know), Denny Doherty, John Sebastian, Roger McGuinn, Barry McGuire, and Mama Cass. John and Mitchy were getting kind of itchy Just to leave the folk music behind Zal and Denny, working for a penny Trying to get a fish on the line In a coffee house Sebastian sat And after every number they'd pass the hat McGuinn and McGuire's just a-getting higher In L.A., you know where that's at And no one's getting fat except Mama Cass....
