I find this list more pleasing than other lists, such as one's that have put Jack White and Kurt Cobain in the top 10 of the greatest guitarists of all time!!. I think Rolling Stone did that. Oh the shame....

I like it! Surprised but happy to see a couple of Yes songs there, and unsurprised but somewhat satisfied to see Stairway at the top (would have preferred A Day In The Life- but that would have been too much to hope for). Would have expected and wanted A Whiter Shade Of Pale in there- or is that not classic rock? (if it isn't, then what makes Yes classic rock?). All in all, not a bad list.

But most of the songs are about women...

We can bring home the bacon and fry it up in the pan, so we should be represented on that count down, not just by song subject, fascinating creatures though we are ;)

I disagree with #4 on that list. "Hey Jude" is one of the few Paul songs I don't like. That ending part is just stupid and long just stupid and long. Switch it out with #66 and we're good to go!
