XXX
You kind of get used to it because it turns into a routine. Exercising tires you out only when you're doing it and the more you do, the less pain you feel. It's when you're inactive for prolonged periods of time that physical work becomes a problem. This summer's been bad for me - really bad, but that will soon by rectified once I get back into my regular school schedule. I don't wanna fall into the category of "fat, lazy American" (Did you know that sizes for American women are altered and do not reflect the real sizes because over the years people here have gotten fatter and fatter )

MindCrime
I used to run up an escalator to keep my legs fit, but I got into trouble with mall security over it. Still a great way to keep fit.

MindCrime
Lol!! Why don't you dance?! Haha, I dance worse than Elaine from Seinfeld, I've made a few attempts at public dancing & failed miserably while ridiculously amusing the crowd. I do my best though to stay fit & build muscle during my free time, & this was a good source of building stronger legs.

MindCrime
Welcome to the boards SteveMan, I see you're from the same city as me. Another one that I would add is Princes of the Universe by Queen, but I'm not sure if it was used in a soundtrack, I know it was the theme for The Highlander though.
