RockyRaccoon
I had them in my Sweet 16. And Vandy. Oh well.
TheLizard
The Big East just looked bad as a whole yesterday.
RonJonSurfer
Per ESPN (per my son) after one day of play there are 56 perfect grids out of 1,000,000 (or so) that entered their contest.
RockyRaccoon
Who picks Murray St and Ohio to win in an upset? That's crazy.
TheLizard
Out of the 16 games played yesterday, I only got 8 correct. And two of my elite 8 (Georgetown and ND) are gone. Good thing I'm not much of a betting man.

MindCrime
I don't follow it but I know Mizzou beat Clemson today (or yesterday?). Go Tigers! I almost became a Tiger! Too bad for my bad left leg, or I could've excelled in their athletic department as well

RockyRaccoon
So much for my bracket. Guess I should use it for something else. Like kindling.
TheLizard
As much as it blows for my bracket, all these upsets are awesome.
MindCrime
I'm losing too much money on some of these college games, but I'm earning it back quickly too from some of the others.
Crazy Don
WVU 68, Missouri 59! LET'S GO MOUNTAINEERS!
MindCrime
Looks like Eagle's QB Donovan McNabb could be going to the Rams for a second round pick and a defensive back. The trade hasn't gone through yet, but they are negotiating it.
Crazy Don
Butler vs. Duke for all the marbles in the NCAA basketball tournament. Butler knocked off Michigan State 52-50 while Duke eliminated WVU 78-57. The Mountaineers are out of it!
MindCrime
I thought WVU would beat Duke actually - surprised it was by that much in that game. I need to check my Playbook to see how much my net losses are
Farin
If you haven't seen Portsmouth vs Blackburn on Saturday (April 3rd), don't worry - seems you haven't missed anything of importance
Carl
I'm thrilled that the Sox came back to beat the Yankees last night, but 4+ hours is too long for a baseball game, and when these teams get together, that's the norm. Maybe they should only play 7 innings (yes, this means a 5th inning stretch). Has there ever been a national championship where so much of the country was rooting for one team (Butler) over the other (Duke)? Maybe when Villanova beat Georgetown, but I don't know. miamisammy29
Duke will win by 30.
RockyRaccoon
Being a Maryland fan, if Duke wins I'll probably cry. A lot.
RonJonSurfer
NHL - As a Devils fan, the team that really scares me in the playoffs is Philadelphia. They have the Devils number and I'm afraid we'll end up facing them in the first round.

TheLizard
Great championship game last night with a very disappointing ending. My friend Matt said "It's like they shot Cinderella."
Carl
If only that shot had gone in at the end. Did anyone else stick around and watch the One Shining Moment rollout? This was one of the great traditions in sports media, but CBS destroyed it last night. They had Jennifer Hudson sing it in a version that sounded like she was trying really hard to impress someone, and the editing was a hack job. They picked terrible shots and kept cutting to Hudson in the studio. What began in 1987 as a tender and poignant reflection of a great tournament has been ruined by corporate interference. Farin
yesterday I learned that one shouldn't call Manchester United 'ManU' for short (and why)... and that apparently only Germans do that in the first place
