I am not sure if this one has been nominated so far,but I shall try it and see.

1. Teach Your Children. Crosby,Stills,Nash and Young.

2. A song and group that was featured in one of the episodes of the television show, "American Dreams". The song was "Walk Away Renee" by the group The Left Banke.

PS Peaches you got one of mine "Rock You Like a Hurricane" by the Scorpions.

rtstuff

Who says there is no such thing as global warming. Today's heat index was 105. Believe it or not it was too hot to go to the pool.

I nominated and UNnominated Teach Your Children last week (because there was another Neil Young song nominated) so you have my vote on that one rt. And Left Banke's version of Walk Away Renee I like better than the Four Tops'.

I just caught on the news this morning that somewhere in America had a record 114F ? We only get that hot in Australia out in the deserts.

It's a cool 70F (22C) Maximum here in sunny Brisbane today.

I hope things ease there for you soon ! It's also very hot in the U.K.

A friend of mine said they had 102F (38C) where she is, in Woverhampton, the other day. I think that was a record there for July.

I spent last weekend in San Diego where the heat was 102 with unbearable humidity, and came back to Phoenix thinking that the 115 degree DRY heat would be a welcome relief, only to find that it was actually about 105 with 100% humidity (dumping rain - it's monsoon season!).
