Farin
Farin, this is the song in the Top Ten thread... Rick Springfield - Don't Talk to Strangers and this is probably his most popular song Rick Springfield - Jesse's Girl I'm afraid I didn't recognize either of the songs... I looked him up in Wikipedia and his biggest hit in Germany was "Celebrate Youth", and that was vagualy familiar... sorry

OLD 55
And before any of that happened, he was a member of an Oz Group ZOOT, who had a #3 Hit here with a cover of Eleanor Rigby in early 1971. Later that year he had his first solo Hit, Speak To The Sky. Here's Eleanor Rigby, Zoot. Rick's the guitarist in 'white' - I think ! Peaches will know. Both lead and bass guitarists are "pretty boys". He didn't sing lead for Zoot; well, not on this one anyway. Two others in the group were really better known than him at that time. Link P.S. I'm sure I nominated Jessie's Girl unsuccessfully in an early Top Ten.
