Gees I miss all the fun ! The idea of putting together your nominations came from bluesboy. He reckoned we could all just about make a Top 20 Compilation CD. He gave his a title "From The Vaults" Volume 1 and arranged his nominations in play order. Steel is doing a 'compatiblity' study to see whose music tastes are similar. I called mine "Don't Break My Chain" Volume 1.

Do you know if Jack Bruce actually played on any of Manfred Mann's recordings that Paul Jones sang on?

I'll try to find out Dappled. Most likely yes, because Jack Bruce joined at the end of 1965/ early 66 (?) and Paul Jones left mid 66.

Do you like Paul Jones' solo singles ? I have High Time, Sons & Lovers, and my favorite I've Been A Bad, Bad Boy.

:)
