Does harmonica and saxophone qualify as "wind instruments" ?

Saxophone does, yes. I looked it up. Wind instruments can be broken up into two groups; brass instruments and woodwind instruments. A saxophone is obviously a brass instrument. I don't know about a harmonica, though.

I meant 'wind instrument' as "anything you blow into to make a sound" ;)

trumpets, saxophones, flutes, harmonicas, tubas, pan flutes, etc. pp. :)

PS not that it matters anything, but a saxophone is actually a woodwind instrument!

That's because the sound is made with a reed mouthpiece similar to a flute - that the instrument itself is made of brass isn't the point
