Well, I let that one slide Angel. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and maybe ones that are "obscure" to me are well known to others.

I suppose if a track's obscure enough that nobody knows it, it won't get any votes!

Thanks for nominating !!!

Everything doesn't have to be a learning exercise , Old ! You call for a couple of tunes ; we give them , and then see if anyone else likes them as much as we do , presently . Right ? :P

Right Kevin ! I suppose we can't ask for too much better than 2000 views and 500 replies in a fairly short time.

Another great top ten! T.Rex made it, yay!

I have Rolling Stones fever, so I nominate:

Dead Flowers - The Rolling Stones

And because they did a fantastic cover of this:

Night Time Is The Right Time - Ray Charles

:coolio:

Katie wasn't that cover fantastic??!! Sammy didn't care so much for it but I thought it was great!!

Sorry BB. Das nominated "Are You Sure" - Willie Nelson. I still don't know it. :P

Sorry, Darryl. "Are You Sure?" may indeed be obscure. I have it on a compilation of his early stuff, including his version of "Crazy" and others like that.

If you'd like me pick another to I'll gladly substitute "Hurt" by Johnny Cash. :)

I hate to admit this but I don't know the Johnny Cash one either ! I'll leave things as they are. It's funny how we all have some favorites of different Artists that others may not know. I love "Sad Cafe" by The Eagles, but I haven't nominated it because I don't think it's one of their widely known songs ? (Not here in Australia anyway).

Me too. I don't blame you CeeCee. :)

We've still been nominating for Top Ten #4. We haven't voted on that yet.

It's my fault. I shouldn't have mentioned the suggestion for a "5 day" instead of "7 day" Top Ten yet. I was hoping for more feedback on that, but I should have treated it as a separate issue.

I can't even get people's names right ! Sorry CeeCee. :P

Oh man, that was hard.

Does anyone else hear something on the radio, think Yeah, that's the one I'll nominate, only to get home, and find it's been nominated by someone else?? That's happened to me 5 or 6 times already!

I've started keeping lists.
