Tenacious_Peaches
I will not be mocked, people. This is very serious business. The lives of millions are at stake.

Tenacious_Peaches
Nope. But it may be because I'm distracted. National security and all.
The Seeker
Don't take Daniel serious. He just wants to feel important. As for the mocker...in A Hard Day's Night, Ringo was asked whether he's a mod or a rocker, and he said he was a mocker. Ha.ha.ha. This sounds really lame when you read it, but it's actually very funny when you watch it. No, really!
Tenacious_Peaches
Ah, I get it now. Yes, it was funny. I haven't seen that in a hundred years. I need some Beatles in my life right about now.

Tenacious_Peaches
Therefore, the need for Jack Bauer to eradicate terrorists, their families, their accomplices, their families, their grade school classmates, their families, etc., will always be required. TheLizard
Well I decided to check out the premiere to see what all the hype was about, and I must say I think I'm already hooked. Just wondering, why was Bauer in a Chinese prison for two years?
Kevin
It used to be illegal for non-nationals to sleep with Chinese citizens . 2 years in prison sounds about right ...
daslied
He was involved in an incident at the Chinese Embassy, and they wanted revenge. That's all I will say, because the 24 addiction will soon cause you to rent the previous 5 seasons.
Sweet Jane 61
Just an FYI, action figures for 24 will hit stores in August...I am getting the Jack Bauer one, gonna put him on my desk at work!!
phil
The new season of 24 is a lot edgier. I like it.
TheLizard
If Jack has the kind of aim to hit Curtis without hitting the former terrorist guy, why couldn't he have shot him somewhere less fatal than the neck? Oh well, it still kept me on edge the whole time. Except the stupid subplot with the two guys in CTU being jealous about Chloe. That was just cheesy. Who worries about that kind of stuff when they're trying to stop a nuclear explosion?
daslied
I wondered the same thing about shooting Curtis, because he's my second favorite. Bastards. As far as the subplots? They balance out the greatness every year with something dumb. Two words: cougar.

I knew you were brilliant, TimLizzy, but this wise decision just confirmed it. I didn't start watching until last year. I was a little confused, but quickly caught on. I have since watched all the seasons on DVD. The show is fan-freaking-tastic. CURTIS!
Ken
Heeeeeeeeeey. Hey, just wait a minute.... Anyone else play Euchre here? What are the most powerful cards in the Euchre deck?
