_Laurie_
I thought I would share this photo that I recieved in the mail.....beautiful photo, and fits well with the song...This is a Sanskrit term meaning place of peace/tranquility/happiness. It is said to be a mystical kingdom hidden somewhere beyond the snow peaks of the Himalayas. It is said to be a society where all the inhabitants are enlightened. War and injustice are said to be unknown there. Lyrics for: Shambala written by B.W. Stevenson Shambala Wash away my troubles, wash away my pain With the rain in Shambala Wash away my sorrows, wash away my shame With the rain in Shambala *Ooooh... yeah Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah* *This part repeats twice after each verse Everyone is helpful, everyone is kind On the road to Shambala Everyone is lucky, everyone is so kind On the road to Shambala How does your light shine In the halls of Shambala How does your light shine In the halls of Shambala I can tell my sister by the flowers in her eyes On the road to Shambala I can tell my brother by the flowers in his eyes On the road to Shambala How does your light shine In the halls of Shambala How does your light shine In the halls of Shambala Tell me how, how does your light shine In the halls of Shambala Tell me how, how does your light shine In the halls of Shambala With various "oooo's," "yeah, yeah, yeahs," and "Shambala" until the fadeout.
