I Will Always Love You was no doubt the Top Song worldwide for 1993. It topped the U.S. Charts for 14 weeks and sold Platinum x 4.

Whoomp (There It Is) only reached #2, but stayed there 7 weeks, charted 45 weeks in all, and also sold Platinum x 4. I have to admit that I don't even know it ! (Maybe if I heard it). It got to #2 here in Australia also.

I reckon I must be younger at heart than many others here. I can find good songs every year ! I even liked Achy Breaky Heart in 1992. A song I really loved that year was Would I Lie To You / Charles & Eddie. One of my favorites and a #1 here.

I like All That She Wants too. Ace Of Base had some really good songs.

Katie, maybe I can put some on past 1996 for you and Rachel. Do you want to find some more "90s Kids" to look at them ? I just can't guarantee how accurate the Charts will be.

I like "A Whole New World"....I think it's a sweet little song. I also like the Whitney remake, but I think most people don't remember it fondly because it was overplayed.
