lackofsanity Posted January 12, 2006 Report Share Posted January 12, 2006 Motorpsycho are IMHO the single best band in the world. They are an alternative rock formation from Trondheim, Norway. Main influences are 70s hardrock, psychedelica and jazz. Even though the studio material is excellent, the real stuff happens on stage where they improvise and jam a lot. I could go on forever describing my excitement for the band but the best way would be to find out yourself. I first saw them on Lowlands 2000 and I was blown away. They are reasonably well known in Europe but since very few people know them in the USA I thought this would be a nice platform to introduce people.
