airhead
ONe of my faavorite songs on the horrors of war but I wonder about some of the lyrics. In particular the "silver people on the shoreline" and the continued reference to "you don't need us"/ Any thoughts appreciated. Larry
GeeterMcgee
I think "Silver People along the shorline" might elude to armored soldiers from days gone by. "Wooden ships on the waters bearing free and easy". Just the line I was looking for to potentially interest you in this idea of the song: That we as the world were initially intested in adventure, and discovering new worlds, while others that we intruded upon were offended and thus comes war. Just one thought!
