Brian
Another good ?sexy? song I forgot to mention earlier is ?Tell Me? by Billie Myers. The lyrics are a little risqué. Here are some more. All of them are not ?Rock Songs? but are definitely worth considering: Nothing Else Matters ? Metallica Hysteria ? Def Leppard Love Song - Tesla Still Loving You ? Scorpions Linger ? The Cranberries Love Will Keep Us Alive ? The Eagles Faithfully - Journey I Love You ?The Climax Blues Band Crazy for You ? Maddona Unchained Melody ? The Righteous Brothers I Could Fall in Love and Dreaming of You by Selena Right Here Waiting ? Richard Marx The Power of Love ? Celine Dion Standing Together ? George Benson Incidentally, on one show of Friends the episode started with the discussion of the most romantic song. Everyone agreed that ?The Way We Were? (by Barbra Streisand) was the most romantic song. Then Ross comes in and says, ?No, ?Tupelo Honey? [by Van Morrison] is the most romantic.? I don't like either song, but I guess they are worth throwing into the mix. If you want to consider other genres of music, such as country [don't judge a song by its genre] then "When You Lie Next To Me" by Kellie Coffey is a definite must listen to! Tenacious_Peaches
Just to make you jeolous TP: I had a co-worker who quit her job and moved to NYC to try and be a star. Still no stardom but about 10 years ago now she was sitting on a park bench reading a script and John Cusack plopped down next to her for a short chat and a pep talk. Can you believe that? Oh, Amy, I would just die! I am a little too old to swoon over boys, but I haved loved him forever. Like, Oh my God, I am so totally sure, he is such a fox! :: Look, it's 2 of my favorite men...unfortunately, my husband wasn't on the set that day! XXX
There're so many! You can tell just by the listings here that there are all kinds in all forms of R'nR. This is the first thing I thought when I read "R'nR love songs": "All My Love" by Led Zeppelin "Still Loving You" by The Scorpions "The Flame" by Cheap Trick (well, it's a break-up song, but it sounds sooo good!) "Untouchable" and "Shatterproof" by Rialto "Acquiesce" by Oasis "Like A Hurricane" as covered live by Roxy Music "Be My Wife" by David Bowie "Open Arms" by Journey "#1 Crush" by Garbage (hehe... psychotic, I know) But if songs like "Iris" is what you are looking for then try these: "Fade Into You" by Mazzy Star "In A Manner Of Speaking" by Tuxedomoon "Wrapped Around Your Finger" by The Police "Quarantine" Rialto "A Question Of Lust" by Depeche Mode "Lovesong" by The Cure "The Prettiest Star" by David Bowie "More Than This" by Roxy Music "Drive" by The Cars "Hunting High And Low" by A-Ha The second list would better suit the kind of sound you're looking moreso than anything edgier like Guns 'N Roses or Led Zep, although they're all good in my book (what can I say? I'm biased towards my picks :: ).

audioslave
The Best Rock Love Songs according to ME Thank you - Led Zeppelin (Page/Plant) If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you. When mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me. Kind woman, I give you my all, Kind woman, nothing more. Little drops of rain whisper of the pain, tears of loves lost in the days gone by. My love is strong, with you there is no wrong, together we shall go until we die. My, my, my. An inspiration is what you are to me, inspiration, look... see. And so today, my world it smiles, your hand in mine, we walk the miles, Thanks to you it will be done, for you to me are the only one. Happiness, no more be sad, happiness....I'm glad. If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you. When mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me. ********************************************************* What is and what should never be - also by LZ She Talks to Angels - Black Crows Rock you like a Hurricane - Scorpions

_Jayson_
If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you. When mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me. This is off subject, but aren't these lyrics almost the same as 'If 6 was 9'? If the sun refused to shine, I don't mind, I don't mind, If the mountains fell in the sea, let it be, it ain't me.
