Sweet Jane 61 Posted October 19, 2005 Author Report Share Posted October 19, 2005 Ok on the way to work this morning I heard the Green Day tune "When September Ends", hadn't heard it in awhile...anyway when I first heard this song the music didn't appeal to me, then a friend said check out the lyrics, which I did, so I like the song due to the lyrics and I still am not really into the music. The Seeker Posted October 21, 2005 Report Share Posted October 21, 2005 It's actually one of the few songs of today that i really like... What hooks me on a song i most definitely the music. There's so many songs with really good lyrics, but the music just doesn't appeal to me. It's like that with a number of Bob Dylan songs; all great lyrics, but...I can't really listen to them.
