Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil is nursing an injured leg, after falling off the stage during a Friday night performance. Neil and his band members were five songs into the concert at Atlanta, Georgia's Philips Arena when the rocker leaned over to sing along with the audience and slipped off stage. He was treated at Piedmont Hospital and released on Saturday, according to hospital spokeswoman Diana Lewis. Neil writes on the band's website, "I just felt something snap in my leg. I just couldn't go on." According to Motley Crue, Neil partially tore part of his calf muscle. Neil's fall wasn't the only incident of the night - police also responded to an unrelated incident involving a man who injured himself after jumping from the fourth floor of the arena into the audience.
